Rakesh Tiwari, SSP India’s Head of Operations, presented to the other member companies in the Organization Excellence category at the NASSCOM GCC Awards event. The **National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) **is the trade association of Indian Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing Industry. The membership provides the opportunity to network, build and share best practices, as well as to gain insights on industry trends and leverage growth opportunities for our business.

**Jim Sadler, SSP’s Chief Operating Officer said: **
“In an India economic area flooded with big brands and thousand-person offshore captive centres, you would imagine that the companies with the big bucks would always scoop up the awards. This award for SSP’s Global Services Centre is a testament to the whole SSP strategy – sometimes being smaller, quicker, more nimble, more agile, more innovative helps us win – before anyone has realised what we’re doing, we’re ahead!”

**Stephen Lathrope, SSP’s CEO, was delighted with the win: **
“That is a superb achievement. Well done to Rakesh and the whole GSC and Operations teams.”

Jim Sadler has also recently had the opportunity to feature in a leadership talk in an interview published on the NASSCOM website. [You can read the full interview here](https://community.nasscom.in/communities/leader-talk/leadership-talk-in-conversation-with-jim-sadler-coo-ssp-worldwide.html).
